Test Scheduling : When you place your order, you will be asked to select a date and a time for your Brain Health Check. After the completion of the order, a confirmation of your assessment appointment will be sent you via email. If an appointment is not available at the specified time, a customer service representative will contact you to reschedule your cognitive assessment.
Administrators are available to deliver the Brain Health Check between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PT (11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET).
Professional Delivery and Customer Support: The Brain Health Check cognitive assessment is delivered over the telephone by healthcare professionals who specialize in delivering cognitive assessments.
Assessment Results: Your results will be mailed within two business days using U.S. Postal Service. Delivery time will vary based on your location. If memory loss is detected, we will send you a separate report for your physician containing guidelines for diagnosing the cause of any memory loss. While we will encourage you to share this report with your physician, it is up to you to do so.
Your report will include an overall result and a score to measure your performance. The overall result will specify whether memory loss has been detected. In approximately 1% of the cases, the overall result will be "Borderline" indicating that the individual's performance cannot be clearly classified.
In addition to the overall result, your report will also contain a score called the Memory Performance Index, which will indicate your performance in comparison to others in your demographic group.

Accuracy: The Brain Health Check cognitive assessment uses a highly accurate product developed for health care professionals by Medical Care Corporation. The table below lists the accuracy of the test for two stages, a very early stage called mild cognitive impairment and a later stage called mild dementia.

Scheduling a Brain Health Check for a Loved One: You may purchase a Brain Health Check for another individual. Of course, the individual who is to be tested will need to participate willingly.
Multiple Orders: If you would like to purchase more than one cognitive assessment, please place one order at a time. Doing so will enable you to schedule an appointment for each person you would like assessed.
